Prof. Dr. Hans J. Michelmann is Professor of Political Studies at the University of Saskatchewan. He attained his Ph.D. from Indiana University in 1975, and was appointed as Head of Department of Political Studies at University of Saskatchewan between 1991-1997. Prof. Michelmann specialises in Western European Political Systems, Politics of the European Union, Comparative Public Policy and Administration, Federalism and International Relations and Politics of International Trade, etc.
He is a Corresponding Member of the Bayerische Amerika Akademie and Member of the Board of the Canadian Federation of the Humanities and Social Sciences.
